Centennial Light by Víctor Antón Group

"Centennial Light" is the new work of guitarist Víctor Antón, a compilation of songs composed during the last two years that aims to value the idea of music as something inexhaustible and that can generate different readings, with the intention of enduring over time and not being a product to be used and thrown away.
The project was born out of the desire to compose original music from the perspective of contemporary jazz and improvisation. With different formations, always with great musicians nearby, Victor develops his facet as a composer and soloist looking for elements that allow to develop communication between musicians and build his own universe where formal composition and spontaneity of jazz aesthetics coexist.
With the project "Víctor Antón Group" he has recorded 3 albums of original music, "Motion" (2015), "Changing Gears" (2019) and this one presented now, released on the Errabal - Jazz label.
