Timo Maas joins Senso Sounds for two tracks of pulsating contemporary Techno. Maas has been in the game for over 30 years, building a formidable reputation and having worked with a who’s who of top artists - Paul McCartney, Depeche Mode, Fatboy Slim, Madonna and Moby being just a few of his collaborators. However, Maas has always been fiercely loyal to underground sounds, and here drops some fully primed, tough Techno for Oliver Huntemann’s prolific imprint.
Maasimoto is lean and driving, building up a ferocious energy over the course of its seven and a half minutes - a slightly unhinged arpeggio takes the track into new realms. Supercharger is the perfect accompaniment - a stripped down groove once again gives space to wonky, narcotic synths, resulting in an edgy, euphoric track.
