Road Trip by The Ken Serio Jazz Trio
The new CD Road Trip by the Ken Serio Trio is now available!
Formed in 2016, The Ken Serio Trio features Jedd Chelbowski on
bass, Sinan Baker on guitar, and Ken Serio on drums.
In June 2017, the trio took a road trip to Montclair, NJ, to play
with some talented Jersey buddies at the great jazz club,
Trumpets.
Dave Mullen on saxophone (who has recorded with Serio over the
years) and the great Vic Juris (who has played with Serio on
various projects since 1994) sat in for the night with this musical
powerhouse.
What was captured live was a blend of talented friends giving a
spirited crowd a memorable night of sometimes loose, sometimes
raw, but always directly on point, mind-blowing jazz.
