Verdant Death by Repentant
The debut offering from New Jersey one man Black Metal project Repentant. Repentant is the brainchild of New Jersey multi-instrumentalist Nick DeFuria of the thrash metal band Mindrazer. Taking on the name Druid, Nick wrote, recorded and produced the album himself during the Coronavirus pandemic. The album tells the story of a time traveling druid's struggle to come to terms with humanity's progression in technology and science. The album deals with the themes of the brutality of nature, mythology, technology, science, COVID-19 and of course death.
