Sullivan Trail by Michael Allen Shuttleworth
This collection of acoustic folk songs and instrumentals was written by singer/songwriter Michael Allen Shuttleworth. Shuttleworth is best known as lead singer and guitarist for the Divided Highway Band as well as performing with several other successful Wisconsin hard rock and mainstream country bands. This departure from what Shuttleworth is known for best is a side rarely shown by the wild child of the Shuttleworth family. However, all that personally know Mike will agree that he has never given up music and is always striving to be a better artist and very self critical of his own work. The songs will be recognizable only by the fact that they are from the heart which is a trademark of why Shuttleworth continues to draw crowds after many years of performing. There are no attempts to be commercial or make the radio with this effort, just plain art and heartfelt songs about what is most important to Mike and his family. Thanks for listening and enjoy...
