Liminal Drift by Lychen

Liminal Drift was written and produced by Robin Arthur Lohrey during a time he spent in his childhood home in the San Juan Islands in the summer of 2019. He was working as a Kayak Guide at the time and reconnecting with the liminal spaces around the coastlines of the Salish Sea. Originally performed live at a community center for a concert he organized with a few friends, he decided to release it on his label Eternal Ocean, over four years later under a new alias, Lychen, which will be a future home for some his ambient, downtempo and experimental music.

Lychen is a character in the lore of Robin Arthur Lohrey, who also writes music for characters named Ronan and Nettle. Lychen is an earth bound and animal hearted spirit, and is a home for his ambient, downtempo and experimental music.
