Highs & Lows by Kenny Stanglin
An album of songs that I started making as an escape. The name comes from the fact when I started the album I was on a pretty good high, and feeling decently happy in life, and then towards the end of finishing the album my mental health and happiness hit an all time low, but regardless I came out feeling very proud of each song in their own different ways and feels.
