Group is recommended for three or more people; it is not advisable to listen alone. Originally designed as a live experience, this recorded album and instruction booklet allows new members to initiate each other in small private groups, anytime, anywhere in the world. Read through the instructions beforehand in order to understand the materials and space required to achieve group.
Group consists of seven progressive platforms. Drawing upon conventions of electronic music concerts, spiritual rituals, exercise classes, team-building exercises, self-help seminars and group therapy, these platforms are designed to generate intimacy, physicality and energetic connection between group members.
