The first solo CD, Gait, is a fact. Big names from the roots and blues circuit join Gait on this CD: Champagne Charlie, Richard van Bergen (Shiner Twins), Jack Hustinx (Shiner Twins), Tom Mank, Sera Smolen, Ries de Vuyst, Bruno Deneckere and Hans Theessink to to name a few.
The album contains a mix of own songs and a sample of roots and blues history. A richly variegated album, or as Rootstime.be puts it: "Scorchingly beautiful as he rubs himself against the Delta blues here. It is also chillingly beautiful how the winner of the Dutch Blues Award for harmonica, in 2010, always connects with an intuitive harmonica sound and completely gets into the mood!"
