Rauw, melodieus, vlammend en energiek, maar ook af en toe ook lekker log. Dat is het geluid van Duke Noz’em and the Dirty Downstrokes. De in 2008 opgerichte band speelt eigenzinnige, stevige rock met stoner invloeden, waarbij genoeg afwisseling is te bespeuren in up-tempo gebeuk, pakkende riffs en melodieuze lijnen. Rock met ballen dus!
