I recorded these tracks using tuning forks as a way to easily access vibrational healing tones at the touch of a button. These tuning fork protocols offer sound healing support and can assist one in overcoming insomnia, decreasing anxiety, as well as increasing states of relaxation, motivation, and creativity.

Do not listen while driving, working, or operating heavy machinery, as these tracks can temporarily alter your brainwaves and put you into a trance-like state. This is intended for use in your meditation, spiritual, healing, ritual, and relaxation practices.


CAUTION: This album has monaural & binaural beats—vibrational tones that facilitate brainwave entrainment—when one’s brainwaves shift, synchronize, or become entrained to frequencies being presented.

Brainwave entrainment from tuning fork therapy and sound healing is safe for the vast majority of people. However some folks may need to exercise caution when listening to anything that alters their brainwaves.

Those with the following conditions should take extra care or avoid listening until they’ve spoken with their healthcare professional.

▪ People who have epilepsy or are prone to seizures should use extreme caution, as some brain entrainment could cause seizures in these individuals.
▪ People with a heart condition or a pacemaker. Brainwaves are responsible for the heart’s rhythm.
▪ Pregnant women should use caution when using brainwave entrainment, as it may stimulate labor.
▪ People aged 25 and under should use caution, due to their brains not being fully developed yet.
▪ People with schizophrenia or personality disorders are cautioned not to use brainwave entrainment without first talking with their healthcare professional.


DIRECTIONS: Using Human Calibration: Vibrational Healing Tones

If you’re new to tuning fork therapy, start with one to three tracks. Think of them as nutritional supplements to buoy your restorative, self-care, and healing practice. Obviously, an in-person healing session is the most optimal way to receive tuning fork therapy. However, this album offers useful support.

There are tracks here for various protocols. Pick the track that resonates for your personal situation.

Begin and end your session with a grounding track. (Choose track #2.Binaural Waves or #10.Low Earth.)


▪ Use a nice set of headphones, as these tracks were specifically recorded in a way that emulates a sound healing session—with each ear hearing a different tone. People with hearing loss can still use headphones, as the vibrations still have positive effects.
▪ As a substitute, you may listen through speakers playing the tones throughout the room. If possible, try to position yourself between the speakers.
▪ Short consistent sessions are ideal. Listen daily to achieve the best effects. Do not listen for long periods of time. Stick to once a day 5 to 15 minute sessions.
▪ Keep volume at at a sensible level.
▪ Get comfortable. Recline comfortably on a yoga mat, bed, or chair.
▪ Great to do upon waking or prior to sleep.
▪ Use for meditation to deepen your practice. Also useful for visualization or magical practice.
▪ If you’re feeling down or need to take a break, pick one or two tracks that fit your mood for a quick pick-me-up or to unplug.
