This Live EP is the spontaneous recording of a Darkfeatherbird Solo Session in Vienna.

It contains seven songs, whose vocabulary can not be found in any dictionary. The words are created intuitively, drawing from the unconscious and remaining purely emotional in their meaning.

The outcome is a kind of music that doesn't operate on the level of the rational mind… Opening space to explore other pathways of perception and drift through the colors of inner landscapes.

Darkfeatherbird is a creature who knows how dark the night is. Her flight into the light is inspired by shadows, and with pride she stands in the mire, from which the blossom of the lotus grows.

Her Songwriting creates connection — connection to the tenderness of sunlight and the gentle power of water, to the fragrant mystery of the earth and the vastness of the sky above.

Fleeting sunlight among birch branches, fragrant pine needles, red vine leaves in autumn and the silence of floating snow crystals - joy, sadness and the secret of living and dying - music speaks for everything that words cannot express.
Music is the gateway to inner spaces, where countless fine layers of consciousness merge - an inexhaustibly deep cosmos.
