Tech $ by Zion I
This song was written in response to the rampant gentrification sweeping thru Oakland, CA. Though it may possibly look sweet from the outside, many life long residents are being displaced amongst rents being raised to astronomical prices within a short period of time. This is my perspective on how its effecting the regular folks.
