Bei Mir Bistu Shein is a Yiddish song, later reimagined as an English language song. We sing it in both languages.

Miserlou is a song from the Rebetika tradition (the music associated with Greek taverns). It's a fan favourite, so we've included a live recording from our show at https://www.creativeinnovationcentre.co.uk/

Araber Tants and Varshaver Freylekhs are great Klezmer dance tunes. Araber Tants, or Arab Dance, pairs well with the traditional Polish-Jewish dance tune from as early as 1915. Freylekhs (which can be spelt in many ways) is Yiddish for “merriment or pleasure” and describes the most common Klezmer tune, usually for 2/4 circle dances.

Klezmer Shalom is a Klezmer take on the beautiful song Shalom Aleichem (Peace be unto you) - recorded for a short film celebrating a local underrecognised Jewish politician, the Mayor of Taunton.
