2019 by ZeCoop

All the songs on this album were written and recorded as part of February Album Writing Month, Feb 01-29, 2019 (FAWM.org). I write tons of music, in all kinds of styles. Some of it stays instrumental (surf music, rock and experimental) and a lot of them are added to by collaborators all over the world. This year I had co-writers in the USA, Canada, England, Australia, Japan and Thailand). I send them my music and they figure out lyrics and vocals - They are amazingly talented and I am lucky to be able to work with them!!!

A few of them were recorded on 4-track cassettes. The first person makes up a part and records it on track 1, then mails it in the post to the next person, who records the second track. Each person makes up whatever they want and no one knows what the song will be until the end!! Check out Songs 18 and 19. There are more in the bonus tracks.

I love playing music and keep learning new instruments. My songs are in a wide range of styles, from indie-rock to surf, to folk to rock to electronic... I never know. I record at home in a studio I put together in a spare room. I work (via the web) with a lot of vocal/lyric collaborators from all over the world.
