This is music to carry you somniferously across the boundary between the conscious world, where we refuse to stop thinking, and the realm of dreaming, where we give up our egos.

We stop processing information as it comes in
and begin to process the information already within.

Just breath in - Then breath out - and trust the music to hold you. Hold you lovingly and longingly.

As your breathing relaxes, timed to your heart beat, the floating ensues.
Drift toward the realm of dreamz

This composition comprises four parts, each parallels the well-studied progressive path to sleep.

Wind – reflection begins and the journey starts

Fire – restlessness and stubborn thoughts become discarded
----------------------
Earth – the somatic reality of our existence becomes detached from our awareness
----------------------
Water – the depth of sleep, engulfed in the water from which we came
----------------------

The bass mirrors the heartbeat and will guide you into the relaxed state of mindfulness where calm awareness is present, with all the nourishing nature of the state of sleep.


Dreamz experiments with frequency of 432 Hertz as the defining tuning. This tuning is a resonant frequency of nature.

***A portion of proceeds will be donated to charity, with an emphasis on mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
