Fading Autumn by Yixin Hai

This album contains two pieces in two different styles: <Read the Green> is my composing style when I come to the UK, but before my life path changed, <the Fading Autumn> was my las composition which kept me in the past: which sounds still childish.

I just composed it the first day I came to UK when I found a piano in the university's concert hall. Then I composed it, to say goodbye to my past. was sad to leave Japan, especially when it was in autumn, the tree starts to change its color and then fades away. The <Fading Autumn> is trying to describe how I felt exactly at that moment.

To be honest, it was the life in Europe that totally rebuilt me, whatever in my style of composition or my characters. I love both Japan and UK and, life still goes on.
