This is a compilation of the best recordings that we made during our Dominican sessions (nov 2008-january 2009)
as trio. Those were very hard and mystical days for us, shit happened, full moon hypnotised, evil fought with us, but we managed to record some free improvise electronic music together,although some people were very jealous about our possible success in the Center of America!
Finally Pavel was too unhappy, very ill on New Year Eve 2009,stayed at the hospital, had an operation and we were upset together with Olga! Bad trip after several very good ambient and rhythmic sessions!
Some recordings disappeared later, because of the problems with hard discs,that I had, Bermuda # 2 was damaged after recovery! We couldn't become popular in Santo Domingo, didn't have club performances, but had some nice home studio time anyway! Very nervous days for me, very stressful days for Pavel (who was in a death danger ), the begining of life for a very-very small child Seraphim. You can hear the voice of our helper,friend and nice Dominican person Jairo Ramirez (#1). Then we lived in the center of Santo Domingo (Gazcue district)...
This album is the best I could find among everything that we recorded and brought back to Russia! Dominican Neizvestnost had some special exotic ambience (# 6-13), and the history of Haiti island is very bloody and dark, we came across real african voodoo, real criminal world, wild psychedelics and great distance between rich and poor people!
Best regards to everybody, whom we met on Haiti Island!
