I wrote this song a few days before my 27th birthday because I've always been so scared of growing up I end up crying every year. I was rewatching Sex and the City at that time and realized that Carrie Bradshaw almost bought a house at my age and I don't even own a pan. What does growing up even mean? Does it mean you have to have a family? Are you a grown up when know yourself so much you’re able to express your own feelings freely?
