Sagga is ephemeral objects’ debut in the realm of dub ambient. In Buddhism, sagga is a term for heaven, a blissful realm of existence where beings are reborn after death as a result of their past actions. The music video for Sagga is a collaboration between ephemeral objects and Kaila Bhullar.

Kaila Bhullar (She/They) is a queer Indo-Chilean experimental filmmaker + multimedia artist based in the traditional territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm, Skwxwú7mesh, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh Nations. Informed by digitally-based art forms, Bhullar explores themes around identity and perception, using their experience as a queer/biracial human to contemplate the abstractions within them. These inquiries often manifest as audiovisual works and multimedia installations.

ephemeral objects is a Chinese-Vietnamese-Canadian interdisciplinary artist, sound artist, VJ, DJ based on unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, also known as Vancouver, Canada. She produces ambient, experimental, noise, and drone inspired music.

True to her name, her visual creations carry this sense of ethereality, focusing on textures and organic forms, both ephemeral and suspended in time at once. She merges generative videos with real footage to create her own unique, audio-reactive and abstract style where rich colours, spanning the full spectrum, wash over the screen, streaking the viewer’s mind with a strong image of the audio-visual journey at play. ephemeral objects has created music videos for forward-thinking Canadian electronic music labels, such as Mood Hut and NAGA. She is half of i+eo an audio/visual duo project with her collaborator IHA.

She is also a resident of Acceleration Radio, an open format FM radio, live stream, and events collective focusing on audio/visual experimentation, where she can fully dive into her interdisciplinary interests. In 2024, she was invited as one of ten emerging Canadian artists to participate in MUTEK Montréal's first Incubator program.
