‘Arise’ is the second single from the second full length album from Irish alternative/melodic metal band Words That Burn (www.facebook.com/wordsthatburn).

'Arise' is a song about mental health which is something that everyone will deal with on one level or another in their life. That said ‘Arise’ is also a song about re-birth.

It’s about knowing that you’re human, that you WILL make mistakes and if you don’t allow yourself to dwell on them, you can learn and adjust if you feel you need to.

Most importantly, it’s knowing that you’re not alone in the world even though it’s sometimes very easy to see yourself, on your own, in a dark room with no way out.

‘Arise’ is about getting out of that room and sharing our issues/problems. Sometimes that’s all it can take to change a life. Or even save it.
