This is a song dedicated to winter, depression, anxiety, pain, loss and anyone battling mental illness. As we prepare for the long winter that seems to last for an eternity, we must remember to remain focused. Remember to socialize but also use time for internal reflection. To ALWAYS remember it's OK to feel what you feel even if it's painfully dark and surreal. But to please reach out when you need help and know there's always someone there to listen.
