Blank Stares by Words of Phrase

"Blank Stares" is the second release in my series of singles. This time with a much darker approach. Blank Stares is about addiction but more importantly living with new habits or "healthy addictions" even after you gain sobriety. The realization that once your an addict you're forever an addict but that understanding helps you sympathize with others struggling. Life after recovery is STILL a tricky road to navigate.

Words of Phrase was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia and then moved to Maine as a teen, eager for his voice to be heard. He developed his unique flow, stylistic delivery and personality from the vastly different climates. He was inspired by the poetic language of authors, poets, musicians and artists that rebel against the norm and embrace the independent art form.
