Producer Mark Williams and vocalist Erica Berry are longtime friends and collaborators. Winter Robins was born from their shared love of vintage vocal house, underground techno, and soulful electro-pop. The six tracks on their eponymous EP lead the listener on a high-speed chase of empowerment, inspiration, love, and loss. Elements of modern and classic dance music combine effortlessly with memorable pop hooks and Berry’s vocal prowess, creating the rarest of sounds that feel both warmly nostalgic and urgently now at the same time.
