Sonic rhythmic juxtapositions, icy sub bass synth and delayed guitar lines set the stage for sultry vocals, ornamented by hand percussion, shakers, glockenspiels and flute recorders, it’s a sound that grows out of a synthetic backdrop yet is delivered in a very organic, emotional way.
