Fervent by William Doran Septet

This is a modal postbop compositonal album that use a combination of western and eastern instruments to create a richness of combing slightly altered tuning . To also go with the arrangements its written to be complimented by the dark rhodes sound that often came about in the 70's and late 60's post bop which allows a smooth blending .
The rotary trumpet is also used so its a dark sound with the intention of creating the blending of instruments that doesnt have a harsh and overly bright and brilliant sound .

William Doran Trumpet/Soveriegn Brass Specialist Composer is an avant garde jazz multi-instrumentalist utlizing extended techniques within compositon. Creates a caucophony of sound enriched with various instrumentation western and non western, re-defining Jazz tradition .All are part of a divine catalogue that also portrays spirituality infini .
