This song is about my friend Jack Starr, who took his life years ago. But it is also a plea to, as Bruce Lee said "Be like water". To not allow the insanity of the world to stir you to the point of madness. To see people's adverse reactions as their traumas, and take it as a sign to not participate in conversations or relationships that weigh you down.
