I have changed more in the last 3 years than maybe any other period of my life. And, as you can hear, it's for the better as far as my music is concerned.
My most unique and dynamic album to date. If you aren't into one track, try the next track. Most people who know me, know that I have a wide and eclectic musical taste and I am pressing the boundaries with this record- Not so much that it is unpalatable, but quirky in it's transitions. Tracks 5-9 are a medley of sorts, connected at the hip, a "Polyethylene Pam" type scenario, if you know the reference...
This is a loose concept album (the songs all play off of one another, but there is no formal story written about it). It deals with having a spiritual awakening in sideways times. Love and love lost; guilt, disgust, death, silliness, joy and peace. The journey to some form of enlightenment is certainly not a straight path, and you may not be facing the same way when you come out the other side. The main thematics are Forgiveness and Acceptance. Buckle up.
