I wrote this song for the girl I was dating. It was our first date and we decided to go to the movies. We went and watched "Iron Man 3". After the movie, we stayed in the parking lot of the theater and just talked. the conversation turned to TV shows we watched when we were younger and she mentioned "Bear in the Big Blue House". That led us to look up the ending song on YouTube where Bear and Luna would talk about the day and then sing the goodbye song. At that moment, we looked at the moon and it was bigger and brighter - at least to us it was. We both felt like it was hung just for us.
