Have you ever been stuck in a toxic relationship? Then you know the feeling of waking up the moment it ends. That sudden breath of air right when you thought you were drowning.

This song is the most personal I’ve written yet. After freeing myself from that person, I felt a deeeep rage. Rage for being held captive for years. For being kept small. For giving away parts of myself, years of my life, and losing my spark while doing so.

Waking up from that felt like rising from the grave. And suddenly, that spark erupted into fireworks. All the fury, all the female rage, bundled into the incarnation of Lilith - THE GODDESS OF GODDESSES!

And now, like her, we rise from our graves and SHINE.
And that person can go f*ck themselves.
