Floral by Hasta

Hasta is an extremely young & promising talent out of Norway.

He shows a masterful ability to fuse romantic soundscapes with deep, club ready percussion and low end. Hasta also composes his tracks with wild originality while remaining very accessible for any listener.

Floral starts the EP off with a slow grinding rhythm laced with found sound atmospherics and emotional keyboard work.

RSVP takes the EP further into the club scenario. Soulful vocals and sample based melodic half time grooves double up in to an unpredictable Jersey Club influenced heater for the floor.

Hasta proves his versatility and ability to develop a cohesive release on CHNL. All of the previously used elements on the record are brought back into this darker, angsty banger.

Hasta provides 3 different vibes in this package that satisfy any type of listen, whether at the party or in the bedroom.

The remix treatments are equally diverse, as well.

B-Ju takes Floral to a new place in a way that only he can do. Broken percussion, wonderful key work, and exemplary vocal cuts.

Deebs moves RSVP into an epic and cinematic anthem with huge rising waves and a chilled out rhythm that adds a new perspective to the original.

Neue Grafik completely flips the dark emotion of CHNL into a light and airy analogue house cut with a perfect jazzy groove.

This EP will be released on Navy Blue Cassette & Digital on February 25th 2014.
