Valley Mountain's first and earliest recordings formally released on May 2, 2014 as a bonus to their first Full-Length Studio Recording, Train Roll On.
The Carolina EP was recorded in the Fall of 2013 before the addition of their drummer, Scott Smith, to the band.

Started in 2012, Valley Mountain is a band composed of four members: Dylan Washington (banjo, guitar, vocals), Taylor Pfeiffer (Guitar, Vocals, Mandolin), Wes Butler (Bass, Vocals), and Scott Smith (Drums).
Valley Mountain has a dynamic sound that is hard to come by in Americana/Folk/Alt music today and makes for an experience that takes you on an excursion through American roots music.
