Jungle Book by Valley Jazz Orchestra of Lebanon Valley College

The Valley Jazz Orchestra, the flagship large jazz ensemble at Lebanon Valley College directed by Dr. Jeff Lovell and Dr. Justin Morell, presents its second commercial release, Jungle Book. The album was performed, recorded, and produced by students at LVC in coordination with LVC’s jazz and audio and music production faculty, and features four original compositions by co-director Morell. The band is joined by multi-Grammy-nominated trombonist Alan Ferber and New York based saxophonist Hashem Assadullahi, both of whom served as artists-in-residence with the VJO during the 24-25 academic year.
