This is my very first release. LUNX has been one of my early bands, we started as a trio in the late 1980ies without Joachim. We used to play original compositions, as well as assorted pieces by Charles Mingus, Paul Bley or Ornette Coleman. Later Joachim Zoepf from Cologne joined the band, and we focused on original compositions by all of us. Our domicile has been the Jazzclub ARTist, run by the KOOPERATIVE NEW JAZZ, in Wiesbaden.
