ELASTAN by ETHNO SERVICE
Elastan EP is a double premiere celebration: it's a debut release by Prague duo Ethno Service and also first physical release in label's one year history.
The group consists of two members and neither is a stranger on the scene. Jon was active in projects like Fremeni and Popper-C, while Petr has his own moniker, GWD. These two, slightly different, portfolios meet in Ethno Service and it’s hell of a combination! If you like techno tinted with a dubby atmosphere then seek no further. Their tracks are filled with thrill, suspense and trippy haze which creates an amazing cinematic ambience.
Despite their name, Ethno Service is not an ethno music
cliche. It is a proper heavy-weight percussive dub from the jungle where Mowgli would piss his pants and run away screaming. The place where you can get decent opium and streets have no name.
