Waldbaden by UNERHØRT
The tracks of this album were made to convey the joy and calm I feel when walking - bathing in our local forests. Whenever possible I try to spend at least an hour walking the forests around my hometown.
I very much subscribe to the notion of the Japanese Shinrin-Yoku movement: Forest Bathing or in German: Waldbaden. Beneath the trees, in the fresh air, you can relax and breathe easier. Just let the day's work and sorrows behind and enjoy the calm of birds singing, rain falling, wind blowing, leaves rustling ... and perhaps listening to my music. I do.
So, Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and join me in the relaxing experience of WALDBADEN.
