Kamora Reborn by Unda Vibratum

The second time I've come back to a previous concept to refine the ideas within.

This record is dedicated to my homey Naga (Aaron Nava), a devout student of electronic music and one of my favorite musicians, period.

The album tells a loose narrative of a woman discovering a derelict spaceship, the Eter-Thra, floating in space and discovering the cosmic godlike entity which caused its crew to succumb to madness. Upon speaking with this cosmic entity, the woman learns of a method to create new stars in order to prevent the universe's inevitable entropic endstate. She returns home and starts to preach this methodology to the people, who unite together under her tutelage to build the Starwomb and create the first new star: Kamora.

I had similar ideas in mind when I wrote the original Kamora back in 2012 though I had neither the compositional, production, nor engineering skills to really say what I wanted to. This is, much like Mana III, a return to an earlier form but utilizing my current skillset to really say what I mean.

A mess of sounds and textures. Nothing is meant to be taken seriously. Enjoy at your own peril.
