Recorded on a Monday night in January 2024 on an off night at one of Cleveland's premier jazz clubs, this album uses splice editing to turn long-form improvised takes to single-length pieces.

The compositions were written using iReal pro on an iPhone while driving from Youngstown to the Cleveland session. Following the 'mumblin' sessions which were recorded months before, the songs were written with the intention to balance modal improv with heavy changes. Many months later, the session takes were splice editing into single pieces. Following the lead of Miles Davis' producer Two Macero, the best moments from long takes were combined into single-length.

I INVENTED MUMBLE JAZZ and generally mix instrumental improvisation and electronic beat making.
