The fruits of Quarantine. First track completed by Ty Smith out of a couple while quarantined with his family on the Navajo Reservation.
It is a dedication to his favorite instrument, the 303, which is used extensively throughout the track. Its been a dream of his to own an acid box so it was perfect for Behringer to release an affordable clone, the TD-3.
The track also includes vocal samples in which you can hear Prince having a chat with Radio Dj and pioneer The Electrifying Mojo. If you haven't heard Mojo is responsible for putting so many people on to music by Kraftwerk, the B-52s, and of course our beloved Prince. Mojo had a direct influence on the Detroit techno music scene which changed our lives forever.
This is the first track off an upcoming release by Ty Smith. STAY TUNED!
