Gandhi/Gaddafi by David Moscovich
The exact dates vary as pertains to the moment (s) when the venerated and holy Mahatma Gandhi transmogrified into the physical embodiment known as Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi, however, this brief, informative mutation was documented on Moscovich's tape recorder, and the rights to the movie based on that event optioned by a major motion picture company which shall remain unnamed for their own protection.
The fact is their agent contacted Moscovich, and after agreeing to a rendezvous to talk adaptation, Moscovich requested a pint of authentic Saudi camel's milk for the meeting at their headquarters in Hollywood. Apparently, this was not standard business practice in The Americas at the time. When the agent responded several hours later in a woeful voice mail that it was an "unreasonable and patently odd request," Moscovich cancelled all negotiations and flew back to New York

David Moscovich is a Romanian-American writer whose novella of one-page fictions, You Are Make Very Important Bathtime, is available from The Journal of Experimental Fiction. He is a direct descendant of Vlad The Impaler, the historical figure on which the legend of Dracula is based.
