"dissonance" reflects the disconnect between what is being spoke in politics versus what is actually happening. Leaders say one thing and do another. When election season comes, it's the same bullshit, politicians promising one thing, and doing something completely different. While humans are not perfect, and we all make mistakes, we still need better leaders, period. We need leaders that think about the longevity and future of the human race. We need leaders who put peace over violence, and does absolutely everything they can to maintain that peace. We need leaders who understand we are all in this together.
