Self Care is a 5 song EP that truly represents a period of time when Tufawon was struggling through many levels of hardship. His experience with acquiring new levels of trauma from losing the fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline lead him into a downward spiral of partying, drinking and taking drugs to numb the pain of losing something that he put his life into. It brings you into he's personal narrative, and works towards a place of readiness to finally get the Self Care his mind, body and spirit were yearning for.
