"King Ebu, also known as Carsten Olbrich, is an old survivor from the cassette days. His instrumentals were released in 1990 and now reissued with two bonus tracks. These thirteen pieces are an oasis of rest and peaceful delight. King Ebu plays easygoing keyboard music, with a drum machine ticking time away, some guitar sounds (or perhaps a keytar?) and just pleasantness all around. There is a cosmic touch in some of these pieces, a motorik drive in others, and some are devastating easy pieces. The sun is shining bright outside, no time for difficult music and King Ebu has the perfect soundtrack."
