Gnosis by Jonathan Deasy

Oceanic in its minimalism, the music on Gnosis is a continuation of a practice of solo guitar techniques and studies using micro loops, overtones and subharmonics in an improvisational setting.

Both pieces are live takes with the only overdubbing happening during the performance, in real time.


Jonathan Deasy is a guitarist, improviser and composer based between Cork, Ireland and Clermont-Ferrand, France.
