Horace Samuels, a.k.a. Dignitary Stylish made an impact on the Jamaican Dancehall scene in 1985 with “Under Pressure” and even more the following year with “Jah Send Mi Come”.
He has during his career recorded for Black Scorpio, Redman, Tuff Gong, King Tubby's and Exterminator.
