The Torch from Total Loser by Total Loser

starts with something we cant find
maybe I’m old, out of touch or just blind
cause the world keeps turning round and round
there must be someone somewhere making something sound

we can search and search for somebody else
make em take care of each hand that is dealt
maybe we’ll live in this hell
or we can finally do it ourselves

lets share the flames of these torches we’ve passed and
you and i know these spaces are not lasting
seen them come and go so many many times before
there will always be room for one more

we have a power that we’ll never know
an effect on others lives that isn’t shown
so thank you for telling me so
without you , I wouldn’t have known

i can’t do this by myself
so i reach out and ask for help

don’t want this to die
don’t know how to live
