Egypt by Tom Bickley
I used field recordings I made in Egypt (track 1 in Gezira, Cairo; track 2 on a Dahabeya on the Nile between Luxor and Aswan; track 3 from a balcony at the Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan) in November 2025 combined with the virtual Pyramid instrument by Mntra, to create an hybrid environmental ambient souvenir of our travels. Most of the pitches are derived from the field recordings themselves.
