The nuanced and almost constant honking of vehicle horns lends Cairo a distinct soundscape. The field recordings on this track are a collage from Wednesday 5 Nov 25 10:45 pm; Thursday 6 Nov 25 8:23 am; Friday 7 Nov 25 6:15 am, recorded from an 11th floor balcony overlooking the Gezira district. These are combined with sounds from the virtual percussion instrument "Pyramid." Pitches and durations used include ones derived from the field recordings as well as ones i added.
