I asked Leslie Graves and Kyle Morgan to record my songs live, directly to lathe cut vinyl at Leesta Vall Sound Recordings in Brooklyn, NY in April 2021. The tracks here comprise our Leesta Vall set list, and we wanted to record these the same way with Frankie Sunswept at Sunswept Sounds in Queens, NY: one or two takes each, minimal mics, and mistakes baked-in.
