About: Livecoded for the album "Live Code Your Track Live", commisioned by Umanesimo Artificiale in April 2020.
Title: Aluminium can form an amalgam in solution with Mercury. Aluminium in air is protected by a layer of its own oxide. If any elemental Aluminium is exposed, the Mercury may combine with it to form the amalgam. This process continues well beyond the immediately exposed metal surface, reacting with a large part of the Aluminium before it finally ends.
